The annual membership fees are: £32 (£8 under 18s : £16 over 60s : £70 family). New member £10 1st year only. Match fees are £1 : visitors fee £1 per session. NOTE:- All applicants for membership MUST be fully paid up members of the Rec. Soc.

Match Play and Captains
The Club currently has one mens, one ladies and two mixed teams playing in the Newbury and District Evening League (all summer leagues). We are also entered in the Yorkshire Cup. The table below shows match nights and who is captain this season. Newbury League - 3 Pairs - 18.30 start:

Coaching
Coaching sessions are arranged during the playing season, depending upon demand. Members are invited to say if they wish to attend coaching sessions at the beginning of the season when they fill in their membership renewal form.
Wimbledon Ticket allocation
NOTE: Members who have taken advantage of the New Member subscription of £10 are not eligable for entry into this draw. Full membership of £32 is of course always available. As the Club is affiliated to the Oxford LTA it receives a yearly allocation of Wimbledon tickets. Since the club pays an annual affiliation fee to Oxford LTA per member, the number of pairs of tickets received is proportional to the number of current members in the club. Wimbledon tickets are allocated only to fully paid up members by way of a club draw each year.
Tennis Balls
Four tennis balls are provided per court and are kept in the clubhouses for members to use on the appropriate courts. They are replaced periodically but if any member feels that new ones are required, a phone call to any committee member should suffice. Tennis balls knocked out of court during play should be retrieved immediately. Used tennis balls are taken out of service and are available for purchase from any Committee Member at 10p each.
Club Garments
Members can purchase sweatshirts, tennis shirts, slipovers etc. with the colourful club logo embroidered on them. A full list of all garments and a current price list is available from the Club Secretary (see Club Officials list). Please note orders can be placed for a minimum of four or more garments only at any one time.
General
Membership of Harwell Labs Lawn Tennis Club (HLLTC) is open to people from any of the on-site organisations or from interested players who do not work on the site. The only pre-requisite is that you must be a member of the HLRA (Harwell Labs. Recreational Association). The HLLTC membership year starts on March 1st and new members are always welcome.
Facilities for Members
The three hard courts situated on Fermi Avenue, known as the Ridgeway courts, are available at any time to members, except when they are required for Club sessions or matches.
