The Harwell Six-a-Side Football League runs from September through to March, with all games being played on weekday lunchtimes. The 2005/06 season saw a record entry of 20 teams, representing organisations throughout the Harwell Campus. Please get in touch if you want to find out more.

Harwell Bicycle Users Group are a group of cyclists campaigning to make it easier to cycle to the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus and to improve facilities for cyclists and cycling on site.

Application forms for membership and further information are available from the Association Administrator in the Rec Soc offices (B455). Forms can also be obtained from the Personnel Branches at Harwell Laboratory, RAL (CLRC), MRC and HPA.

Based at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire, Harwell Running Club is a loose alliance of people who run most lunchtimes, and prefer to have some company rather than none.

The ever popular Harwell Summer Rounders Tournament is a great opportunity to do something different and fun at lunch-time and possibly even aquire some silverware! We play in mixed teams and all abilities are catered for. The season runs from late May to early August.

Harwell Volleyball Club

Special membership fee of only £10 for newcomers for their first year. All members must also be members of the HLRA. Compared to playing on any public facility it is a bargain!
